Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Stone was in town to welcome his specialty dining restaurant Share to Sydney’s shores for the first time this season. In this exclusive interview,  Rose Jacobs shares a moment – and some wagyu beef! – with an Australian export icon on board Ruby Princess.

What did we eat?  Charred Aussie Wagyu strip loin, with pomme puree and portobello mushroom with red rib jus.
