The Dorchester in London has a brand new store for gourmet lovers

The Dorchester has added a brand new offering – the beautifully crafted shop called Cakes and Flowers to the sumptuous hotel.

The entrance to the new patisserie and floristry will be on the Deanery Street corner of the hotel, adding vibrant colours and wafting smells to your journey inside.

The project has been put together by The Dorchester’s in-house designer Phillip Hammond and executive pastry chef Michael Kwan. Sparking mirror, marble and mosaic will greet you as you enter, or even passing by, displays of flowers will brighten your day.

Within you’ll find all sorts of cakes, bouquets, gift hampers, artisan baking, chocolates, a champagne selection and much more.

The work of Mr Hammond, the creator of the signature Dorchester Rose, will be available for sale, with beautiful, hand-crafted bouquets lining the store, meaning you can satisfy your sweet-tooth and add some floral life to your living quarters in one trip.

The Dorchester sits right amongst the beating heart of London and one of the city’s iconic streets will now have another iconic attraction.
