Designed to accommodate families with children, there is a dedicated play space for them to keep entertained all day. The interior of the ship is full of wood and marble. There are five categories of cabins are available on MSC Musica ranging in sizes and perks. Guest can choose from Suite, Balcony, Oceanview, Outside with Partial View and Inside Cabins. All cabins have double bed that can be converted to two single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe closet, TV, WiFi access, telephone, personal safe, minibar, bathroom with tub or shower. There are 17 cabins that are wheelchair accessible.

There are three restaurants on board – L’Oleandro Restaurant, Le Maxim’s Restaurant, and the Kaito Sushi Bar. There are nine bars and lounges – the Crystal Lounge which is a cabaret style lounge, II Tuscan Lounge Bar for dining and dancing, L’Enoteca Wine Bar, Gli Archi Cafeteria, The Diamond Bar, The Golden Bar, Havana Club Cigar Room, Laguna Bar, and Bar della Cascata.
