Hanseatic has 88 cabins (237 square feet) and four suites (474 square feet). Marco Polo is the main dining room and seats all passengers for dinner in one sitting. Breakfast and lunch have open seating. Meals are creative and include regional specialities. Bistro Lemaire seats 74 guests and operates as a casual buffet by day and a reservation-only venue for dinner.

There is no formal entertainment, but onboard experts give presentations to prepare for and follow up on trips ashore.
