Celebrating his fifth year with P&O Australia, celebrity chef Luke Mangan takes us to meet one of his producers.

Heath from LMH Providores has helped Luke find Peter, a Hunter Valley olive oil producer.

Luke used the oil at Salt Grill which is onboard every P&O Australia ship.

He also shows us how to make his signature king fish sashimi with pickled ginger and Persian fetta.
