Viking Ocean Cruises announced the Viking Sun will be visiting Australia on a 141 day cruise, visiting 35 counties and 66 ports.
She will depart Miami on December 15, 2017 and call at Cuba and the Caribbean before sailing the Panama Canal and the South Pacific. She will then call at ports in Asia like Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City. before sailing the Arabian, Red and Mediterranean Seas.
She will also call at Sydney where passengers onboard will have shore excursions visiting the Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and The Rocks.

On the Viking Ocean ships, guests can pamper themselves at the LivNordic Spa, enjoy a traditional Norwegian breakfast, have high tea at The Wintergarden or feast at the multiple dining venues onboard.
All staterooms on Viking Ocean’s ships have verandas and guests can choose from five stateroom categories.
Prices for Viking’s World Cruise start at $77,199 per person in Deluxe Veranda category and include Business Class air, transfers to and from the ship, all gratuities and service fees, Viking’s Silver Spirits beverage package covering virtually all drinks onboard and all medical services. Viking Inclusive Cruising provides a small ship experience at a big ship value—with every cruise fare including a veranda stateroom, shore excursions in each port of call, dining in all onboard restaurants, and all port charges and government taxes. Guests also enjoy many additional complimentary amenities as part of their fare, including free unlimited Wi-Fi; laundry service; access to the Thermal Suite in the LivNordic Spa; and 24-hour room service. From now through May 31, 2016, each guest who books the World Cruise will also receive US$2,000 in shipboard credit, US$750 in spa services credit and US$750 in onboard shop credit. Combined with Viking’s other inclusions, this represents a value of more than US$22,500 per guest.
