Ponant launches 70 nights European Grand Voyages in 2025

Ponant has combined three magnificent European itineraries giving long-haul travellers the joys of experiencing back-to-back sailings focusing on the best destinations Europe has to offer.

Over 70 nights, the three Grand Voyages will call at a total of 68 unique ports and cost $60,893 pp – down from $68,032 pp.

This works out to be less than $900 per person per night – a bargain since Ponant is an all-inclusive line with all meals, beverages and excursions included in the price.

Highlights of the Grand Voyages

The first 29-nights Grand Voyage onboard L’Austral from 18 April to 17 May 2025 kicks off in Portugal’s capital Lisbon then sails to Morocco, Spain, Malta, Greece before heading for the Turkish resort city of Antalya.

Guests will uncover the vibrant cities of the Iberian Peninsula, its rich cultural heritage including UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as the tower of Belem in Lisbon, Valencia’s Silk Exchange and Antoni Gaudi’s masterpieces in Barcelona. The ship will also do a captivating stopover in Morocco, before sailing to the amazing Balearic Islands such as Palma de Mallorca before exploring the cities of the Hanseatic League and Flanders, Amsterdam and Bruges, popularly known as the Venice of the North. The second leg of the 15-nights Grand Voyages from 17 May to 1 June 2025 onboard L ‘Austral departs Antalya and visits 16 ports in five countries including Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia and Italy. Here you will uncover Greece’s ancient wonders, explore world heritage sites such as the Mycenae ruins, Epidaurus theatre and Ephesus historical sites. L’Austral will then sail the Ionian and Adriatic Seas exploring Greece, Croatia and Italy. Discover Vieste, a picturesque new port in Puglia. The third 26-nights Grand Voyage onboard Le Laperouse from 13 August to 8 September 2025 departs Helsinki and calls at 24 ports in 12 countries including Finland, Netherlands, UK, France, Spain and Portugal. During this curated journey, guests will be able to hold discussions with Smithsonian Journey’s experts and attend exclusive presentations with former Polish President Lech Walesa in Gdansk. The voyage will also call at Mont-Saint-Michel and guests will be able to visit the Guggenheim Museum in Balibao and taste Porto’s famous fortified wines. Prices start from $25,105 pp – down from $27,672.
