Luxury French expedition line, Ponant will launch 18 exciting voyages aboard two ships for the 2025 Kimberley season taking guests to one of the most remote regions in the world.
Le Jacques-Cartier will return to the Kimberley after making her inaugural debut this year. She will sail alongside sistership Le Soleal, offering 10-night sailings along Australia’s iconic Kimberley coast between Broome and Darwin.
With 132 staterooms aboard Le Soleal and only 90 on Le Jacques-Cartier both ships have been specially designed to explore the untamed beauty of the Kimberley. Led by a team of expert guides and anthropologists, guests will experience an awe-inspiring immersive excursions into the spectacular untouched landscapes and fascinating Indigenous cultures that continues to captivate to this day.
Ponant’s general manager sales & marketing Asia Pacific, Deb Corbett said guests will return rejuvenated after experiencing the line’s immersive and enriching Kimberley itinerary.
Under the line’s Ponant Plus program, guests will have a seamless expedition experience as the line offers flights, airport and hotel transfers and local touring excursions.
It will be a seamless experience from start to finish, Ms Corbett added.
Ponant’s Kimberley itineraries from Darwin to Broome or Broome to Darwin are priced from $10,170 per person and depart from 24 May to 21 September 2025
