New itineraries and shore excursions for uber luxe Ritz-Carlton yacht

It’s one of the most highly anticipated arrivals in the cruise world – the swanky and super sleek Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection group, which will be launched in February 2020, has released more details around its ships and sailings.

Its 298-passenger all-inclusive ship from the uber luxurious Ritz Carlton group, will be sailing from Florida on four-night cruises to the Bahamas and then to Caribbean from March onwards.

She will then be repositioned to the Mediterranean and will stay till June. And in the northern hemisphere autumn, she’ll head to Canada and New England.

No two itineraries are the same, according to the Ritz Carlton so guests can book back-to-back cruises without ever repeating.

Most sailings range from 7 to 10 days, and include a mix of big-name destinations and smaller yacht ports such as St. Barth’s, Portofino and Mykonos. Itineraries allow for some overnight port calls, as well.

Shore excursions will be divided into five categories, as follows:

Active Explorations: Outdoor recreation, such as swimming and kayaking

Cultural Connections: Voluntourism activities to preserve nature or offer philanthropy

Epicurean Experiences: Culinary-themed tours

Iconic Sights: Tours focusing on cultural, historical and architectural attractions

Stirring the Senses: Wellness-themed tours

“The itineraries and intimate shore experiences are not only unique and forward-thinking in their design, but illustrate our commitment to providing rare opportunities to today’s luxury traveler,” said Lisa Holladay, Global Brand Leader for The Ritz-Carlton, in a press release.

In addition, passengers will have access to a Concierge Ashore who can create individual, private onshore experiences and tours for passengers.

Reservations will open for these sailings in June 2018. Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Rewards loyalty members will get a priority booking opportunity in May 2018.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will feature luxury yacht-like cruise ships with all-balcony cabins, multiple dining venues with an intimate feel and water toys. Fares will be all-inclusive with gratuities, alcoholic drinks and Wi-Fi among the inclusions.
