Cunard is teaming up two Michelin-star chef Michel Roux to revamp the dining experience on Queen Anne.
There will be four new dining establishments also added to the new cruise ship.
Globally renowned for his internationally acclaimed restaurant, Le Gavroche, Roux will work closely with Cunard’s culinary team to curate a menu for the ship’s offerings, including the Queen Grill restaurant.
The celebrated chef will also help to re-do The Golden Lion pub, a staple on all Cunard ships that will now offer a new gastronomic twist.
Roux said: “It is an absolute privilege to be working with Cunard’s hugely talented and passionate culinary development chefs as we countdown to the launch of their newest ship Queen Anne.
“For me, there is no better recipe than blending high-quality ingredients with elegant execution to create unforgettable experiences for diners, and I am incredibly excited to showcase our elevated, reimagined pub classics to Cunard guests very soon.”
New restaurants
Dining on Queen Anne will feature four new restaurants, Aji Wa, Aranya, Sir Samuels, and Tramonto. While Cunard has not revealed many details of the new restaurants, Aji Wa will feature seasonal Japanese cuisine. Sir Samuels restaurant will offer premium steak and seafood, while Aranya is set to be a multi-sensory Indian cuisine experience. Tramonto, meanwhile, will be Mediterranean-inspired al fresco dining.

Queen Anne
Queen Anne will start sailing from May 2024. She’ll start off in her home port of Southhampton. And then she will be sailing out of Hamburg, Kiel, and Rome in her inaugural season.
In January 2025, she’ll traverse the Atlantic to New York. Eventually, she’ll be on our local shores, sailing in Australia and Asia in late 2025.
