Make gnocchi at home with P&O’s Luke Mangan

Superstar celebrity chef, Luke Mangan, who is one of P&O Cruises Australia’s ambassadors has continued his cooking at home program on the line’s socials.

If you love his delicious pan-fried gnocchi served at Luke’s Salt Grill restaurants onboard the line’s ships, well then, you’re in for a treat.

Luke will also show you a short cut on how you can create this classic dish at home.

In his previous videos, he also shows how easy it is to create his signature pan-fried salmon fillet with Asian vegetables and crab meat, which is based on the Salt Grill favourite Fish for Two.

Luke has had a long-standing relationship with the cruise line. Onboard the line’s Pacific Explorer, guests can experience Taste of Salt.

The private dining experience within the ships’ main dining room, the Waterfront, is where passengers can enjoy a decadent seven-course degustation menu includes kingfish sashimi with ginger, eschallot and Persian feta, seared sea scallops with blue cheese polenta, grilled sirloin of beef with spices, mash, beans and shallots as well as Luke’s famous parfait.

At $119 with matching wines, it is great value.
