Crystal Cruises’ first expedition yacht the Crystal Endeavor reveals her first interior renderings as she is just less than a year away from her maiden voyage and her AU/NZ season.

Crystal Endeavor Solarium dayThe 200-passenger polar class megayacht is taking her maiden voyage in Japan on August 10, 2020. The ship will then sail for Indonesia in October for her special sailing with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa on board.

Thereafter, it will sail the ‘Australian Offshore & The Great Barrier Reef’, ‘Tasmania & The Fjords of New Zealand’ and ‘New Zealand Immersion’ itineraries.

The 12-night ‘New Zealand Immersion’ itinerary from Christchurch to Auckland, departing November 28, 2020 has fares available from $19,425 per person.

The line says that on this itinerary, guests will have the opportunity to hike to the top of Mount Cargill and spot albatross during an Otago Harbour cruise; stroll Stewart Island’s golden beaches that are a haven for birdlife; and see penguins in Flea Bay in kayaks.

Guests will also cruise the sounds of Milford, Doubtful, Dusky, and Pelorus, see wildlife in Kaikoura and Ship’s Cove – known for spotting seabirds, dolphins, whales, fur seals and more – to award-winning wineries in Napier.
