Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2016, French river cruise company CroisiEurope announced the addition of seven new ships by 2017. Three cruise ships will be launched in Europe in 2016, followed by the launch of four new ships in 2017.
In Spring 2016, CroisiEurope launches MS Elbe Princesse – an innovative cruise ship with 40 cabins and a guest capacity of 80, designed with paddle wheel technology allowing it to sail year round in the lowest waters of Elbe, from Berline to Prague.
The launch of Elbe Princesse will be followed by two 24 passenger canal barges named MS Deborah, sailing in France’s Garonne Canal region and MS Daniele which will sail between Burgundy and the Loire Valley.
By the year end of 2017, the cruise line brand will launch four new ships on the Douro, Mekong, Rhine and Danube rivers. RV Princesse Apsara, a colonial style boat will join CroisiEurope’s four other vessels in Mekong, sailing between Siem Reap and Ho Chi Minh City. Also in the pipeline are 100 plus and 130 plus passenger ships to sail on Portugal’s Douro, and France’s Rhine and Danube rivers.
