Silversea orders 11th ship to be built by 2021

Silversea announced it would be building its third Silver Muse class ship. The Silver Dawn, which is scheduled for delivery in 2021 will be the sister ship to the luxurious Silver Muse.

“Following the extraordinary success of Silver Muse, we are delighted to announce Silver Dawn as the eleventh ship to join the Silversea fleet,” comments Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, Silversea’s Chairman.

Silver Dawn will bear the same hallmarks of quality that guests currently enjoy on our 6-star ships. We look forward to welcoming guests aboard in November 2021. It was my father’s dream to grow Silversea to at least a 12-ship fleet; today, we are one step closer to fulfilling his vision”.

The ships will have the same sense of intimacy as well as spacious all-suite accommodation.

The Silver Dawn will be the 11th ship in Silversea’s fleet and is part of the line’s strategic plan to refurbish and rejuvenate their fleet.
