Another grand entrance for P&O as Pacific Encounter arrives in Sydney Harbour

It’a a case of Deja Vu for P&O as the water cannon tug boars escort Pacific Encounter into Sydney Harbour on Tuesday.

The ship is the  second of the three-ship fleet to make her return.  Pacific Explorer also had a grand entrance to the harbour.

P&O claim Pacific Encounter’s maiden arrival and spectacular welcome to Sydney is also an opportunity to salute the harbour city’s hero tugs and other maritime champions who keep our waterways safe.

And who wouldn’t want to do that.

But Pacific Encounter will soon be calling Brisbane home to spearhead the rebuilding of cruising in the north.
