Virgin Voyages unveils second cruise ship Valiant Lady

British billionaire, Richard Branson’s Virgin Voyages has unveiled a second cruise ship, Valiant Lady to debut in May 2021.

The sister ship to Scarlet Lady which will launch in the Caribbean in March next year, Valiant Lady will sail seven-night itineraries in the Mediterranean.

Valiant Lady Virgin VoyagesValiant Lady will homeport just steps away from Las Rambles at the World Trade Centre in Barcelona within walking distance from the dynamic and diverse neighbourhoods of Poble Sec, Barri Gotic and the famed urban beach of La Barceloneta.

She will offer three itineraries including the exotic delights of Barcelona, Ibiza, Monte Carlo, Marseille and Olbia; a second itinerary offering a sampling of the Med visiting Barcelona, Ibiza, Toulon, Ajaccio, Marina di Carrara and Cagliari and a third voyage for a mostly Spanish immersion stopping at Barcelona, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Malaga and the British port of Gibraltar.

Every sailing will feature a Friday overnight stay in Ibiza, one of the thrilling Balearic Islands where passengers can enjoy a bohemian market, beach club or simply watch the sunset.

Bookings for these three itineraries will open on 19 December this year.

Virgin Voyages has four ships on order from shipbuilder Fincantieri, all have been designed to reflect a luxury, sleek super yacht.
