772 of the 1,130 cabins have verandahs. Flat-screen TVs, beds that convert from twins to queens, couches, private bathrooms, hair dryers and personal safe are amenities included in each cabin. Aside from the spa cabins, there are four Samsara suites. There are 106 suites available on Costa Luminosa. Onboard are cabins with Spa accommodation that provide the guests with additional spa services. These include a personal wellness consultation, unlimited access to select spa facilities, free meditation lessons, admissions for two to the Solarium as well as an invitation to the Tea Ceremony in the Japanese Tea House. Cabins on ship vary in size depending on the category and class of the cabin selected.

There are 4 restaurants located onboard the Costa Luminosa. Ristorante Taurus is the main restaurant onboard, Ristorante Buffet Andromeda serves up Italian Cuisines, ice cream and burgers, Pizzeria, Ristorante Samsara provides healthy menu options for guests, Lido Dorado Buffet Station located near the Dorado Pool offers small buffet style food choices for Breakfast options. Reservation is required at some of the Restaurants on ship while others offer open seating.

Some of what you guests find onboard are the Cinema Vizar 4D theater, the Grand Prix Simulator that allows guests to experience what it is like to drive a race car, to the Outdoor Golf Course, Teatro Phoenix their main theater can seat 800 guests and is the venue for ballet productions, laser light shows and circus acts. A pool deck with a retractable roof, Casino Vega, and 11 bars and show and other venues await guests onboard.

The Costa Luminosa is a family/child friendly ship that provides a variety of venues for Children and Teens alike. Onboard children can participate in the Squok Club that organizes daily activities for children ages 3 – 11 onboard. There are several age groups to ensure that no matter the child’s age, there is something for them to do onboard. Some of the venues onboard include the 4D theater, Poolside movie screen and the Lido Squok kids pool. Teens may enjoy the Teens Club for teens aged 12-17. There is a dedicated Teen Zone onboard giving teens a venue to engage in gaming, dancing, arts and crafts.
