In 2007, Star Cruises acquired the ship and renamed it SuperStar Aquarius. It was refurbished in 2011. SuperStar Aquarius has 765 staterooms in 18 different categories. All cabins have a small bathroom, television, DVD player, mini fridge, limited storage and a sitting area. There are 18 suites with a separate living room and bedroom, plenty of storage space and concierge service. SuperStar Aquarius has a variety of food venues including a pool bar and the outdoor Oceana Barbecue, for grilled and buffet meals. Mariner’’s Buffet serves international dishes, while Asian buffet dishes are offered at Spices Restaurant. For Chinese meals, passengers can dine at Taipan and Dynasty Restaurant. There is also a 24-hour refreshment venue called Blue Lagoon.
