Inside are 1443 cabins varying in size from 1,291 sq. ft to 183 sq ft Penthouse Suite features floor to ceiling glass doors, master bedroom, a bar and a baby grand piano. A standard room is furnished with seating, a desk, TV, blow dryer, minibar and twin size bed that can be converted to queen size bed. The room also has a shower only bathroom and shelves for storage. On board are 121 interconnecting cabin ideal for families. They feature two-bedrooms as well a bathroom. There are 30 wheelchair accessible cabins on ship.

The main restaurant on board is the Grand Cuvee Dining Room. Guests can watch a circus-inspired act while eating dinner. The entertainment features flying buttresses and a chandelier resembling a jellyfish. At the Dining Hall, the menu is a la carte where the diners can chose between starters, soups, salads and mains. There are a number of restaurants and lounges. For vegetarians, there is always meat-free options like eggplant napoleon or veggie paella. The Porch is a more casual restaurant which offers paninis, fruits and salads for breakfast and lunch. There are other specialty restaurants as well like Murano which serves rich French-Continental cuisine, the Tuscan Grille which is a northern Italian steakhouse as well as Blue which is a Mediterranean which has lighter meals like ahi tuna and grilled chicken.

The AquaSpa offers a full range of treatments from Thai herbal poultice massages, La Thérapie Crème Hydralift Facial, Acupuncture and Medi-Spa treatments and botox. There are also full body wraps and scrubs available. The Persian Garden has a sauna, steam room, as well as tropical rain shower. There is a fully equipped and staffed gym with daily fitness classes. You can pamper yourself with one of the Asian treatments such as Abhyanga Massage, Acupuncture, 5 Point Star, Reiki and Shirodhara. There is a jogging track, table tennis, basketball court, and swimming pool on board the Celebrity Silhouette.

The Celebrity Silhouette is a family friend cruise ship which is reflected in the cabins, activities and shore excursions available. Parents can use the onboard babysitting service. There are also a kids club where the staff will organise activities for the kids. Children aged between 3-11 can make use of the Fun Club that which is a dedicated place for children. The kids can get involved in crafts, games, and watch TV shows. For children 12-17, there is the X Club which is a place for them to play their favorite games on the Xbox 360, Kinect, or Wii.
