The Celebrity Equinox offers a variety of Staterooms categories including Concierge Class, Celebrity Cruise Signature, Aqua Class. There are 1,441 cabin ranging in size from 1,291 sq. ft to 143 sq. ft. Veranda comes in 85% of the cabins, the sizes vary depending on the category and class. All Suites comes with butlers who will serve you meals in your room. Guests also have complimentary espressos and cappuccinos available every day. All rooms come with a TV, sitting area, two twins bed that can be joined to make a queen size bed, complimentary bathrobes, toiletries, and storage space. There are 30 wheelchair accessible cabins.

There are 10 dining venues onboard. The main dining hall, the Silhouette Dining Room, with open seating, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar free dishes available. Other dining venues include Blu for healthy options, Murano for French-Continental cuisine, Oceanview Cafe serves a buffet-style breakfast daily, Silk a pan-Asian restaurant, and Tuscan Grille that is a French restaurant serving steak and pasta, Sushi On Five, and Cafe al Bacio which serves complimentary donuts. Pool side grills and bars are also on ship.

Passengers can visit the Aqua Spa for a number of treatments including for hair, nails, facials, acupuncture, Botox wrinkle treatments, massages and more. There are four pools and six jacuzzis on board for guest to use. The Solarium Pool has a glass covered roof. The Persian Garden includes a sauna room, heated chairs with ocean view, tropical rain shower, and steam room. There is a basketball court, jogging track, and gym with modern equipment and personal trainers, yoga and Zumba classes are all available.

The Celebrity Equinox is a family friend cruise ship which is reflected in the cabins, activities and shore excursions available. Parents can use the onboard babysitting service. There are also a kids club where the staff will organise activities for the kids. Children aged between 3-11 can make use of the Fun Club that which is a dedicated place for children. The kids can get involved in crafts, games, and watch TV shows. For children 12-17, there is the X Club which is a place for them to play their favorite games on the Xbox 360, Kinect, or Wii.
