Princess Cruises brings new chocolate journeys in 2016

Princess Cruises in collaboration with acclaimed master chocolatier Chef Norman Love has announced new additions to its chocolate menu in 2016.

“We’re delighted to continue our partnership with one of the most decorated chocolatiers in the world. It’s been an exciting journey working with Chef Love to create and share a variety of unique and delicious experiences that continue to surprise and delight our chocolate-loving guests,” said Jan Swartz, president of Princess Cruises.

The cruise liner launched Chocolate Journeys program in 2014 with Chef Norman Love offerings desserts, specialty chocolate cocktails, wine and chocolate pairings.

In 2016 guests will be delighted with custom crafted signature desserts, cafe treats, savoury breakfast items such as chocolate muffins, bretons, evening treats such as chocolate cake, chocolate bites paired with tea, signature chocolate souffle and bespoke chocolate cookies.
