The stunning seven-star Burj Al Arab Jumeirah will be the first hotel in the Middle East to offer a new program to help with mind conditioning, mental fitness and recovery.
The new MindSPa will offer treatments that target mental wellbeing which is the root many body and mind problems like depression, anxiety, diabetes and cardiovascular issues.
The hotel’s program uses audio engineers to compile sounds from around the world. The all-new sessions use binaural sounds, brain entrainment and 3D sound tech. The combined sounds create an avant-garde brain massage yielding a deep meditative state.
